How many email addresses can I have?

You get 20 email addresses with out shared hosting plan, but that means 20 POP accounts. You can have any many aliases that forward to those accounts as you want (like having webmaster@ and info@ going to the same person) at no additonal cost.

Can I have a MySQL database?

Yes. For an additional $15/month, you can have a MySQL database and for an additional $30 you can have 4 MySQL databases including Miva Merchant.
